How Care Works

There is a space on the fifth floor of Michelberger Hotel where you can arrive exactly as you are.

No performance required. No prepared story. Just room.

What to Expect

Your First Visit
90 minutes. Unhurried.

The first conversation begins wherever you want to begin. You set the pace. You decide what you bring into the room and what you don't — yet. There is no agenda to move through. There is only genuine attention, and the quiet that allows something true to surface.

Some women arrive knowing exactly what they want to say. Some arrive not quite sure where to start. Some find that what they came to talk about shifts, once there is actually space to listen. All of this is welcome.
What gradually emerges — through the conversation, through the clinical picture, through the full landscape of your life — is something that often hasn't been possible before: a coherent view of what is actually happening. Not just the body, but the whole story the body is living inside. The seasons of your life. The things that have sustained you and the things that have quietly cost you. The places where your energy goes and what it looks like when it returns. Your cycle and your sleep and your vitality and the connection to yourself that may have drifted further than you have let yourself notice.

While you simply talk — and breathe, and find your way — we are quietly doing something else in parallel: assembling the pieces. Mapping the clinical picture against the life picture. Tracing the connections between what the body shows and what the life tells. By the end of the first visit, a clear orientation emerges: where you are, what is most important to address, and the direction that makes most sense for you. Not a programme handed to you. A shared picture you can actually see.
Something usually clarifies. Not because anything has been solved — because, for the first time, all of it is in the same room.

As Care Unfolds
Your care at The Arc takes its shape from you — from what you bring, what you discover, and where you want to go. It is not a plan imposed. It is a direction found together, and adjusted as you move.

The clinical picture is always read alongside the life picture. Your stress response system, the female hormone-system, the thyroid and its central role in every aspect of your metabolic health, the inflammatory and immune landscape — these are not separate chapters. They are the body's way of telling the story of everything it has been asked to carry. Mapping them clearly, in the full context of your life, is where understanding actually begins — and where a plan that is genuinely yours becomes possible.

Where your body needs direct support, we draw on what is most relevant and most precisely matched to what is actually present. This may include thorough diagnostics and functional assessments that give us the full picture beneath the surface. Nutritional medicine — herbal preparations, micronutrients, and targeted supplementation through The Arc's own supplement line — to restore what has been quietly depleted. IV and injection therapies when your body needs what it currently cannot absorb on its own. Bioidentical hormone support or peptide medicine where the hormonal picture calls for it. Acupuncture, cupping, bodywork, and restorative practices — including the PEMF mat and self-practice tools you can take home — to support regulation and return. And where it belongs, careful aesthetic medicine, offered as part of a whole-person picture rather than in isolation.

Alongside all of this, there is always the dimension of who you are in your life — the inner landscape that the body reflects and that medicine so rarely makes room for. That is always present here. Not as a separate service. As a quality of attention that runs through everything.

Your care follows you. Not the other way around.

Across Time
This is not a six-week course with an end date.

Life moves. Children grow into new phases that need different things from you. Work evolves. The body moves through its own transitions — hormonal, seasonal, postural, cyclical. What matters at 38 is not what will matter at 44. And through all of it, a woman should not have to begin again from the beginning each time she needs support.

The Arc is built for continuity. A presence you can return to. Someone who knows your story — not just the current moment, but the whole arc: where you have been, what you have been through, what you are building toward. Who you are when you are most yourself.

That kind of continuity — a healthcare relationship that actually keeps up with a whole life — is rarer than it should be. It is one of the things The Arc is most deliberately here to offer.

Telemedicine
Consultations are available remotely for established patients and for international clients. An initial visit to Berlin is warmly welcomed — but where that is not immediately possible, we will find the right way to begin.

In-Person & Telehealth

The Arc offers both in-person consultations at Michelberger Hotel in Berlin and telehealth
appointments for women across Germany and beyond.

Initial consultations are typically in-person when possible, but we adapt to what works for
your life.

What We Address

We work with women experiencing:

Hormonal shifts (perimenopause, cycle irregularities, post-birth transitions)

Chronic exhaustion that doesn’t resolve with rest

Nervous system dysregulation (anxiety, sleep disruption, feeling wired-and-tired)

Metabolic concerns (blood sugar, weight, energy)
The sense that something is off, but no one has been able to find it

We also support women who simply want a different relationship with their health — one that
feels grounded, intelligent, and sustainable.
